Experience Jackson, Jackson County’s official tourism bureau, has announced micro grants designed to support venues in acquiring technology equipment, including projectors, audio systems, microphones, and screens.

Grants will be awarded for up to $3,000 per venue while funds are available to reimburse costs associated with purchasing new audio/visual equipment.

Event venues must be located within Jackson County. Funds can be used to purchase installed projectors, screens, microphones, and/or speakers. Ineligible items include free-standing equipment (portable screens, projectors, etc.).
Once online grant applications are received, they will be reviewed by the Experience Jackson team.

Successful applicants will demonstrate a need for tech upgrades based on the anticipated impact on event quality and attendee experience, and feasibility and clarity of the proposed tech enhancements

Applications must be received by October 1.
