Client satisfaction discussed online
This session is devoted to understanding what clients are looking for from their attorneys, how to gather that information and why it might be helpful to do so.
The featured speaker is Marla Sandys, a professor in Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Indiana- Bloomington. She is one of the original and continuing members of the consortium of researchers that comprise the Capital Jury Project, which works to understand, from the jurors themselves, why they voted for life or death and whether those decisions are in keeping with the law designed to guide juror decision making in capital cases.
