1. Mark & Sue Langlois are requesting a Special Use Permit for a single-family home with R-3 dimensions in the R-5 zoning district at 6440 Lake Harbor Rd.
2. Erin & Francisco Silva are requesting a land division at 623 E. Mt. Garfield Rd.
3. Marquee Capital, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a Special Use Permit for a restaurant at 5081 Harvey St.
