NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of three public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. Anthony Sainz is requesting a land division at 4155 Dunes Pkwy.

2. Thomas Serio is requesting a land division at 3549 & 3541 Wickham Dr.

3. Jerry Vanderstelt is requesting a land division at 313 E. Mt. Garfield Rd.
