Ambs Call Center promotes Andrew Charles to marketing manager

Ambs Call Center, a 24/7 telephone answering service, has promoted Andrew Charles to the role of Marketing Manager, recognizing his contributions in shaping the company’s digital presence and solidifying its industry leadership since joining in early 2024.

A graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Digital Marketing & e-Commerce, Charles joined Ambs Call Center as a Digital Marketing Specialist earlier this year.

In his new role, he will oversee all marketing strategies, content creation, and digital campaigns for services to businesses across the USA and internally at locations in Michigan and Florida.

He will lead marketing efforts, including social media management, video production, SEO strategy, and email marketing initiatives. He aims to further enhance the company’s reputation for excellence in customer service through new technology while helping businesses improve communication with their customers.
