Spring Convention
The Michigan Association for Justice conducted its 2025 Spring Convention on Thursday and Friday, March 20-21, at the Four Points by Sheraton in Novi. Among those taking part in the convention were (l-r) Genesee County Circuit Court Judge David Newblatt, retired Judge Douglas Shapiro, MAJ President-Elect Nick Andrews, retired Judge Elizabeth Gleicher, MAJ President Eric Steinberg, and MAJ Past Presidents Debra Freid, Bobby Raitt, and Bryan Waldman. This year’s convention offered five tracks over the two days which included “It’s Not Your Fault You Don’t Know - The Intricacies of the No-Fault Law Explained,” “Judges’ Seminar,” “Medical Malpractice,” “Premises Liability,” and Workers’ Comp/Social Security.”
