Judge Noceeba Southern kicked-off her judicial election campaign March 3 when more than a hundred guests gathered at the Virgil H. Carr Cultural Arts Center to show their support. Southern highlighted the evening with a slide show presentation and the musical delights of the Virgil H. Carr Cultural Arts Center’s Youth Jazz Ensemble.
