The 36th District Court honored Drug Treatment Court participants Jan. 28 at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. The ceremony was attended by 36th District Court Chief Judge Marylin E. Atkins, Drug Treatment Judge Leonia J. Lloyd, and the Drug Treatment Court team. More than 24 men and women graduated. The ceremony marked the completion of an intensive 15 -24 month program of comprehensive drug treatment, close supervision and full accountability.
