The Oakland County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Basic Skills Seminar Series “Introduction to Practice” concluded on Thursday, Feb. 7, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Closing with a discussion on “Law Practice Management” were attorney Gail Straith (left) and State Bar of Michigan Practice Management Advisor Diane Ebersole. Straith noted that the program covered such subjects as “Office Setup & Technology,” “Avoiding Malpractice,” “Building and Safeguarding One’s Reputation,” and “Trust Accounts and Client Protection Funds.”
