Meeting of Minds

The Hispanic Bar Association of Michigan (HBAM) hosted a general meeting on Saturday, April 6, at the Bloomfield Hills offices of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy, & Sadler PLC. Among those in attendance were (seated, l-r) HBAM Secretary Caterina Amaro, Michelle Gallardo Clark, HBAM Board member Mayra Rodriguez, HBAM Board member Jim Feinberg, and HBAM President David Maquera, along with (standing, l-r) HBAM Board member Frank Ortiz, Carrie Smith, HBAM treasurer Sandy Hughes O’Brien, Kelsey Switzer, Angie Iglesia Martell, HABM President-elect Alfredo Casab, Mary Rubio, HBAM Board member Lawrence Garcia, Dennis Nordmoe, Amber Cervantez, Jon Barth, and Yasmin Elias. HBAM was formed in 1991 to cultivate the science of jurisprudence, promote reforms in the law, facilitate the administration of justice, and elevate the standard of integrity, honor, and courtesy in the legal profession in  Michigan.
