The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) hosted its annual Spring Fling on Saturday, May 18, at the Michigan Science Center in Detroit. The Spring Fling is the final board meeting and social event for the year when new MIPLA officers are elected. Among those enjoying access to the Science Center and the Bodies Human exhibit were (l-r) Matt Pangallo, Julia Dierker and Joseph Dierker of Dierker & Associates PC, out-going MIPLA President Cathy Roumell of Cantor Colburn LLP, Kevin Kavanaugh, MIPLA Board of Managers member Juliet Kavanaugh of Dierker & Associates PC, and incoming MIPLA First Vice President Chris Francis of Howard & Howard PLLC.
