The State Bar of Michigan Labor & Employment Law Section and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section co-hosted the Spring-Board event “The ABCs of ADR: Maximizing Results through Effective Advocacy” on Thursday, June 6, at The Reserve at Big Rock Chop House in Birmingham. Among those taking part were (seated, l-r) Karen Kienbaum, Susan Hiser, Tracy Allen, Allyson Miller, and Earlene Baggett-Hayes; (standing) Todd Mendel, Barry Goldman, Richard Hurford, Mike Nowakowski, Dick Hooker, Peter Kupelian, Stuart Israel, Toni Raheem, Paul Monicatti, Greg Murray, Shel Stark, Brian Koncius, Rex Burgess, Tom Brady, Tim Howlett, Dave Calzone, Joseph Golden, and David Kotzian. “We have experienced arbitrators, case evaluators, and mediators on hand to lead some rousing discussions on (ADR) and have all of the participants’ questions answered,” said Allyson Miller of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak, &?Stewart PLLC.
