Oakland Mediation Center (OMC) conducted a graduation ceremony for its latest class of mediators from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School on Wednesday, May 2, at the Auburn Hills Campus. The students participating in the program included (front, l-r) Brittany Awadish, Laila Malki, Sultana S. Hermiz, Klodiya Tawfik, Crystal Cranford, and Megan McKeon; (middle) Kara Moore, Ashli Bynum, and Glenda Butler; (back) Donnie K. Whitley, Everett Sollars, Josh Friedman, Amro Altaweel, and Sylvester McIntosh. The class of law students participated in this program as a result of a partnership between OMC and WMU-Cooley. This partnership provides law students with the opportunity to expand their professional skill set with the guidance of mediation experts.
