Marla Zwas of Southfield recently joined Flagstar Bank as senior vice president and deputy general counsel. In her new position, she is responsible for legal oversight of corporate governance, securities, regulatory matters, and human resources.
She has 20 years of legal experience, with corporate experience spanning several sectors, including automotive, homebuilding and high technology. Prior to joining Flagstar, she was in the office of general counsel at Chrysler Group, LLC in Auburn Hills.
