March has more than 40 years of experience as a trial lawyer handling a wide variety of employment, commercial, and general civil litigation. In addition to his trial practice, he is an experienced facilitative mediator and has successfully mediated to settlement cases involving nearly every substantive area of the law.

March is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Michigan. He is a Fellow of several distinguished law-related organizations: the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers, the American Bar Foundation, and the State Bar of Michigan Foundation. He was honored as a Leader in the Law by Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly, is recognized in Chambers USA, is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, received the Hillman Award for his devotion to the advocacy program, and is named a Michigan Super Lawyer.

The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals was established in 2008. NADN’s members are mediators and arbitrators distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Since May 2013, NADN has partnerships with DRI (Defense Research Institute), the largest professional organization for members of the defense bar, and the AAJ (American Association for Justice), the world’s largest association of trial lawyers.
