 Price Heneveld hires former law clerks as new associates

Intellectual property law firm Price Heneveld LLP congratulates Michael D. Templeton and Mark A. Twilley, previously law clerks with the firm, on becoming members of the State Bar of Michigan on November 17th in a swearing-in ceremony in East Lansing, the Honorable William E. Collette presiding. Templeton and Twilley are now associates of Price Heneveld LLP. Both are graduates of Michigan State University College of Law.

Templeton, who also graduated from Oakland University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering, was named an associate of Price Heneveld after serving as a patent agent and law clerk for the previous year. Twilley, who graduated from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in materials science and engineering, was also named an associate of Price Heneveld after serving as a law clerk for the previous year. Both Templeton and  Twilley will focus their respective practices in the preparation of patentability opinions, infringement opinions, patent applications, and responses to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Actions, as well as work with clients in preparing and prosecuting trademark applications and preparing trademark infringement opinions.
