Attorney John Inhulsen joins Smith Haughey Commercial Trial Team

Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that attorney John W. Inhulsen has joined the firm as a shareholder in its Grand Rapids office.

Inhulsen’s practice focuses on working with small and mid-size companies in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate and business law. He brings a wealth of expertise to our commercial trial team, and has been named to the Michigan Super Lawyers list in 2013 and 2014, and to the Michigan Rising Star list in 2011 and 2012. In 2014, he received the  “Up and Coming Lawyer” award, and was appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court to a three-year term on the Attorney Discipline Board.

In the community, Inhulsen serves as Chairman of the Kent County Republican Party, Chairman of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Board of Directors, Vice-Chairman of the Broadway Grand Rapids Board of Directors, and sits on the Adrian Schools Educational Foundation Board of Directors. In recognition of his community and professional work, the Grand Rapids Business Journal selected him as one of its “40 Under Forty Business Leaders” in 2013 and 2014.

Inhulsen is licensed to practice law in Michigan as well as in the United States Courts for the Western District of Michigan, Eastern District of Michigan and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
