Secrest Wardle’s Sarah Walburn authors chapter in ICLE damages handbook



Secrest Wardle Executive Partner, Sarah L. Walburn, has authored Chapter 15, “Attorney Fees,” in the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) handbook, Michigan Law of Damages and Other Remedies, 3rd Edition. Chapter 15 touches on general principles, attorney fee requests and determining reasonable attorney fees. Walburn has contributed to various editions of ICLE publications throughout her career. She is also a presenter in an ICLE webinar, “Ins and Outs of Informal Discovery.” Walburn has been named to the list of Michigan Rising Stars in Super Lawyers magazine for 2014-2017, and has also been recognized among the Michigan Lawyers Weekly Class of 2016 “Women in the Law.”
