Grand Rapids Bar Association names new officers and trustees


The following individuals have been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Grand Rapids Bar Association: President-Elect Scott Melton, Vice-President Benjamin Hammond, Treasurer Michael Adams and Secretary Michael Roth. The three new trustees include: Andrea Crumback, Stephanie Myott-Beebe and Neil Marchand. Joining them is Tracey Brame, who succeeded to the presidency of the organization.

 The Grand Rapids Bar Association extends heartfelt gratitude to its outgoing President, Randall L. Velzen, Charissa Huang (Trustee), Michael Adams (Trustee), Bradley Fowler (Trustee), Ingrid Jensen (Secretary), Scott Melton (Treasurer) and Elizabeth Joy Fossel (2018-2019 Immediate Past President). Their support and leadership has been greatly appreciated by the members and staff of the association.

 

Jarrod H. Trombley joins Warner’s Grand Rapids office


Warner Norcross + Judd welcomes Jarrod H. Trombley to the firm as an associate.

Based in Grand Rapids, Trombley will delve into a variety of projects in different areas of law before selecting a practice group.

Trombley holds a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in anthropology from Grand Valley State University and his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. During his time in Ann Arbor, Trombley worked as a student attorney at the Veterans Legal Clinic and Litigation Clinic.

Trombley was also a Warner summer associate in 2017 and 2018 where he gained experience in various areas including real estate, employment, tax and other areas of law.

A native of Romeo, Michigan, Trombley now resides in downtown Grand Rapids with his wife, Lauren, who is a nurse at the Meijer Heart Center.
