Jordan Sutton Co-author of book on transitions for small business owners

Cooley Law School and now a contributing author to the book "Being in Business is a Funny Thing -- Getting Out is Not!" from Collaborative Press. "Being in Business" is the result of an extensive research project taken on by Collaborative Press and includes business advice from 25 leading business, estate, and financial planning experts from all over the country. The book is a multi-author project and its subtitle is "The Business Owner's Guide to Grown and Transitioning a Business." "The reader of the book," Sutton said, "is the small business owner. It touches on all of the areas that give us the most energy - and all of the areas in which we procrastinate the most. Growing up in the Lansing/East Lansing area, Jordan is passionate about the community service work she has pursued in Mid-Michigan. She has served on a variety of boards including Boys & Girls Club of Lansing, Kresge Art Museum, Kappa Kappa Gamma at Michigan State University and the Mid-Michigan Planned Giving Council.
