Elaine Stocking, Bob Rutledge, retiring court officer, Hon. Thomas Boyd, Judge 55th District Court, and Stacia Cunningham, attorney, at the retirement celebration in honor of Rutledge. The reception, which was attended by judges, lawyers, family and friends, took place in courtroom number one of 55th District Court on March 29th in the late afternoon. Rutledge served the court for 36 years.
