MSU Law grad joins Brinks in Ann Arbor

 Briana Emerson, who received her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2014 from Michigan State University College of Law, has joined the Ann Arbor office of Brinks Gilson & Lione as an associate, one of nine new associates hired firm-wide to support the growing demand for Brinks’ IP law expertise.

Emerson was on the Dean’s List every semester and received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award for both her Licensing Intellectual Property and Patent Application Preparation courses. She was vice president of Delta Theta Phi, a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society and a student member of the Michigan Intellectual Property Inn of Court.
