Paul Cervenak joins The Lowe Law Firm
Real Estate and Corporate Law attorney Paul J. Cervenak has become a shareholder at The Lowe Law Firm, P.C., Okemos.
Cervenak received his bachelor's degree in 2002 from the University of Michigan in sociology and business administration, and his J.D. in 2005 from Michigan State University College of Law where he was a member of the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute.
He has substantial experience in various aspects of real estate, business and corporate law. His primary practice areas include business, corporate and complex transactional law, with a concentration on all aspects of real estate transactions, including those related to the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of real estate.
Named to the 2013 and 2014 Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars List in the areas of business/corporate law, he assists clients with a wide range of business entity formations and business and corporate transactions.
He participated in East Lansing's Emerging Leaders program in 2008 and served as a commissioner on the City's Planning Commission until 2011, where he assisted in drafting the East Lansing Conditional Rezoning Ordinance No. 1252. He currently serves as president of the East Lansing Public Library Board of Trustees and has served as a member of the East Lansing Planning Commission.
