On Halloween, attorney Robert Meisner, founding member of The Meisner Law Group, P.C. in Bingham Farms and a specialist in Community Association Law, was a featured speaker at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy. Meisner, a University of Michigan Law School alumnus and a former adjunct professor at Michigan State University College of Law and Cooley Law School, dressed in prison garb with a sign, “The Condo Police Got Me.” He spoke about problems with the 2015 amendments to the Michigan Nonprofit Corporation Act, and how to handle disputes with condominium developers.
