NALS of Lansing will hold three sessions in its 2016 Brown Bag Lunch & Learn Series, to be held noon to 1 p.m., September 7, 14, and 21, at the State Bar of Michigan, 306 Townsend St. Lansing. Everyone is welcome.
The Sept. 7 session is “Mediation,” featuring Doug Van Epps, Michigan Supreme Court Office of Dispute Resolution, and Greta Trice, Resolution Services Center of Central Michigan.
The topic of the Sept. 14 session is “Law Practice Management: Operational Tips for Running a Law Office,” with guest speaker Diane Ebersole, member and Communication Services Division, State Bar of Michigan.
On Sept. 21 Professor Mark Cooney from WMU-Cooley Law School will address “Legal Writing Skills.”
The cost for the entire series is $30 for NALS members, and $45 for nonmembers. Individual sessions are $15 for members, and $20 for non-members. Lunch is not provided.
