ICBF forms new committee

The Ingham County Bar Foundation, in furtherance of its stated mission to promote access to justice and continuing legal education throughout the community, has formed a new committee that will concentrate on ways the foundation can help address issues of unrest and concern in the community.  There are always questions about the legal system and how it operates.

The committee, chaired by attorney H. James White, wants to help “demystify” how the system of justice works, using local lawyers, judges, police officers and court officials as much as possible.

The foundation hopes to look at issues as they arise; and would consider helping to sponsor other programs.
