As of January 1, 2020, there are new Court Rules for Friend of the Court Alternative Dispute Resolution (MCR 3.224).
The Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will hold a seminar 2 to 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 20, at the Country Club of Lansing, 2200 Moores River Dr.
Bob Hotchkiss and Lou Belzer of Ingham County FOC, Allen Schlossberg of Eaton County FOC, Tony MacDowell of Genessee County FOC, Tim Cole of Friend of the Court Bureau are among the speakers.
The seminar is free to members of the Family Law Section and to judges and FOC personnel. For others, the cost is $30.
