Pinwheels for Prevention

The Council for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (CPCAN) of Jackson County kicked off Child Abuse Prevention Month on April 3, by planting a ‘pinwheel garden’ at Austin Blair Park in Jackson. The pinwheel is the symbol of a carefree, happy childhood that every child deserves. An Open House luncheon followed the kick-off.
