Attorney Brad A. Brelinski was recently elected to the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly as one of two members representing the 4th Circuit, Jackson County. The three-year term begins on October 1, 2022.

The State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly is the final policy-making body of the Bar. Comprising up to 150 lawyers from throughout the State, the Assembly meets at least twice a year to consider matters of policy. The first Assembly meeting was held in 1972.

Brelinski is a partner with Curtis, Curtis, and Brelinski, P.C., a 120+-year-old firm based in Jackson with an additional office in Lansing.

Brelinski serves on the board of the Jackson County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, and is a long-time member of the Jackson Area Estate Planning Council, currently serving as secretary and formerly as president.

He also serves as a director of the Michigan Advocacy Program (MAP) as an appointee of the Jackson County and Hillsdale County bar associations.
