FBA event focused on meeting, mingling

The Federal Bar Association’s Master Lawyers and RISE committees recently presented “Speed Mentoring” at the Theodore Levin Courthouse in Detroit. The program provided an opportunity for newer FBA members (seven years of practice or less) to personally meet and mingle with established attorneys who practice in the Eastern District of Michigan. Two newer attorneys sat at tables and had a brief conversation with an established attorney. The process continued until all participants had a chance to meet with a number of established attorneys.  Among those taking part in the program were (front row, left to right) attorney Michael Leibson, retired assistant U.S. attorney; Grosse Ile attorney Christine Dowhan-Bailey; Dennis Clark of Clark Law Firm PLLC; and Erin Behler of Quicken Loans Inc.; along with (back row, left to right) Ed Kronk of Brooks, Wilkins, Sharkey, & Turco PLLC; Tom McNeil of Dickinson Wright PLLC; Grosse Pointe Park attorney Charlie Rutherford; and Grant Gilezan of Dykema Gossett PLLC.
