Special education law explored in three-part NBI online series

The National Business Institute will present live online “Special Education Law in Michigan — A Three-Part Series on Special Education Law, IEPs and 504 Plans, Student Discipline” during February.

This series will shine a light on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Attendees will learn how to craft and implement IEPs and 504 plans and get practical guidance for dealing with behavioral problems.
