AILA releases new edition of 'Immigration Law Practice and Procedure Manual'


The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is proud to release the 2nd edition of its “Immigration Law Practice and Procedure Manual: A ‘Cookbook’ of Essential Practice Materials.”

Written by Ari Sauer and Greg Siskind, the “Cookbook” provides the reader with guidance on preparing and filing many of the more common immigration applications and petitions.

Each chapter contains all the resources most attorneys will need to prepare a specific type of immigration case. It can serve as a valuable tool for newer immigration lawyers, as well as a handy practice aid for more seasoned practitioners.
