NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores City Council on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Branch Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding:
 
     1) Request from Smart Vision Lights for new
         Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate
         for real and personal property at
         5113 Robert Hunter Drive.
 
The legislative body of each taxing unit which levies ad valorem property taxes in the City of Norton Shores and which would be affected by the transfer of the certificates, as well as the applicant and members of the public, may appear and be heard at this meeting.
 
Questions pertaining to the above may be addressed to Mike Huston, Finance Director, Municipal Building, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - (231) 799-6805.

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at its regular meeting of October 2, 2018, adopted the following amendment to the Zoning Ordinance:
 
      Ordinance #800 – Chapter 48 related to the
      Zoning Map; rezone 5176 and 5190  Henry Street
      from R-3 Single Family Residential to
      R-2 Single Family Residential.
 
The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 14, FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION
This Ordinance shall be effective 10 days after publication.
