Demolition of vacant residential structure at:
4092 Eastlake Road
Norton Shores, MI 49441
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2019 for consideration. Bids must be clearly labeled. The City Reserves the right to reject any and all bids and will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. in the Norton Shores Municipal Building, 4814 Henry Street, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding:
1) A variance request allowing Mark and Lori Kling
to construct a deck on the premises at 814 Katie Court
with a rear yard setback of 31 feet as opposed to
the minimum 40 feet required by Ordinance.
