Another beautiful small hotel opens

There is another new boutique hotel  in Muskegon  – this one right near the Pere Marquette beach.

Named for the now-gone Pigeon Hill sand dune, the Pidge Inn opened for reservations in mid-July, right about the same time as the Depot Downtown. (See Examiner 7/19/19.) The four-room accomodations are located right near Harbour Towne, using the road that passes by the USS Silversides Museum
on its way to the marina. (The actual address is 3425 Fulton.)

Because there is still some work to be done on finalizing it, owners Donnelle and Kurt Johnson are currently doing a “soft opening.”There are as yet no firm plans for a grand opening so the public can look inside.

However, there is a brief YouTube that shows, among other things, the charming way the bedrooms overlook a great room, called the Pere Marquette Suite. It can be found at www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPq4DS1hKyo

In order to book the hotel, call 231-766-7385, and to find out more visit their Facebook page.
