NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Branch Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following:

      A request from Port City Construction for a
      Special Use Permit to allow an office/
      warehouse use at 3524 Green Street.

The City of Norton Shores is seeking statements of proposals for the following:

    1) Electrical Inspector Services
    2) Plumbing Inspector Services


Statements of proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 3:00 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2020 for consideration. Proposals must be clearly labeled “Electrical Inspector Services” or “Plumbing Inspector Services”. The City Reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Branch Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following:

      1) An amendment to Article VI “Accessory Uses”

          in Chapter 48 of the City of Norton Shores Code

          of Ordinances in regards to the maximum size of

          a detached accessory structure.

       2) An amendment to Article II “Administration and
           Enforcement” in Chapter 48 of the City of
           Norton Shores Code of Ordinances in regards
           to the site plan review procedure.
