NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at its regular meeting of March 2, 2021, adopted the following amendment:
Ordinance #813 – Chapter 22, Article I, Sec. 22-1(b)(16)(m) establishes the refuse collection start time as after 6:00 a.m. in R-1 through R-5 residential zones and imposes a civil infraction penalty for violation of this ordinance.
The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
