The Women Lawyers Association of Michigan will host its 103rd Annual Meeting online Friday and Saturday, June 4-5. The event will feature a program on GRIT following the American Bar Association’s Grit Project based on Angela Duckworth’s bestselling book. Grit Project Co-Chair Dr. Milana Hogan of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP will be the keynote speaker and walk attendees through the grit and growth mindset and grit test.
The tentative schedule includes:
Friday, June 4th
5 to 6:30 p.m.: Cocktail Making Class
Saturday, June 5th
8 a.m.: Physical Activity: Peloton Ride | Ohana Fitness | Yoga
9:15 a.m.: Coffee and Conversation
9:45 a.m.: Swearing-in of new Board of Directors
10:00 a.m.: GRIT – Milana Hogan presentation and walk through of GRIT test
11:00 a.m.: Awards Videos
11:15 a.m.: GRIT small groups
Noon: Wrap-up with Milana Hogan
