NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of one public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. John Reek, on behalf of the property owners at 3694 Peninsula Drive, is requesting a front yard setback of 14'8" for a garage addition, a deviation of 15'4" from the minimum front yard setback in the R-3 Single Family Residential zoning district of 30’.
