NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of one public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals at a rescheduled meeting Monday, February 21, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Large Conference Room, Norton Shores City Hall, 4814 Henry Street, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. Dean Hilton is requesting a Variance to re-construct a single-family home that is 5 ft. from each side yard property line, a deviation of 1 ft. and 5 ft. from the minimum side yard setbacks as required by City Ordinance, at 27 Lakeview Avenue.
