‘Blackout Poetry’

“Blackout Poetry – Adult Hackley Craft’ is set for 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 4.

Embrace your voice and create a new poem. Using sheets of existing text, you’ll use markers and colors to blackout words and draw imagery, therefore creating an entirely new story - you can even turn your story into a bookmark.

‘Plain Jane Glory’

The duo Plain Jane Glory, the husband and wife team of Laura and Michael Boxer from West Michigan that performs on fiddle, guitar and vocals,  will showcase their special brand of folk and Americana, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 5, at the North Muskegon Branch of the Muskegon Area District Library.

‘Cherish the Ladies’ Virtual Concert set April 1

A “Cherish the Ladies” virtual concert will take place 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 1, in the West Michigan Symphony Virtual Hall.

With Scott Speck as conductor, this  Grammy-nominated, Irish-American Celtic super group will perform an evening of beautiful vocals, captivating arrangements, and stunning step dancing.

Cherish the Ladies always travel with the finest Irish dancers that include World Champions, National Champions along with Riverdance and Lord of the dance alumni.

Tickets for this virtual performance are $25.
