NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. Eric Kaley is requesting a Variance to re-construct an attached garage that is 24 feet from the front property line along Airline Road and 15 feet from the front property line along Hess Street. These are deviations of one (1)-foot and 10 feet respectively from the minimum front yard setback allowed per City Ordinance, at 4025 Hess Street.

2. Mark Lynn is requesting two Variances regarding the construction of an accessory structure on his property at 528 E. Farr Road. The first Variance is to construct a 2,400 sq. foot building; a deviation of 400 sq. feet from the maximum allowed per City Ordinance. The second Variance is to construct the building within the required front yard, which is not allowed per City Ordinance.
