Notice of Ordinance Adoption
City of Norton Shores

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a rescheduled meeting of May 2, 2022, adopted the following amendment:

Ordinance #834 - Amend Article 1, Chapter 48, Sec. 48-5 Definitions, adding Agriculture and amending Farm; and

Article III, Div. 3, Sec. 48-335 Principle Uses – deleting subsection (4) Farm; Sec. 48-336 Special Permit Uses – inserting (2) Farms.

The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Request for Statement of Qualifications

The City of Norton Shores invites statements of qualifications, experience, and interest from qualified engineering consultants for providing design and construction engineering services related to the following:

1) EGLE PFAS Grant – Watermain and Construction Engineering Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to the Department of Public Works, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
