SCAO revises forms, FOC's Kelly says

Washtenaw County's Deputy Friend of the Court Barbara Kelly, has announced that the SCAO has revised several of the Domestic Relations forms, among them the Uniform Child Support Order and the Uniform Spousal Support Order, both with and without FOC services.
The new versions are mandatory January 1, 2012, but you can start using them now, she said in an email to WCBA members.
The forms can be found on the SCAO website, the links follow.
