Washtenaw Association for Justice Banquet set for May 29 at Barton Hills

Michigan Supreme Court Justice Bridget McCormack will be the keynote speaker at the Washtenaw Association for Justice’s bi-annual banquet and award dinner which will begin with a 5 p.m. reception on Wednesday, May 29 at Barton Hills Country Club, 730 Country Club Road, Ann Arbor.

The banquet will begin at 6 p.m., with awards to follow.

Ypsilanti attorney Andrew Muth will receive the Ronald W. Egnor Jr. Outstanding Attorney Award; Judge Douglas Shapiro will receive the Marilyn J. Kelly Judicial Excellence Award: and the WAJ Community Outreach Award will be presented to Judge J. Cedric Simpson.

Former Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Marilyn Kelly will receive the Justice Blair Moody Jr. Award.
