Filing suits- Attorneys collect suits for those in need of interview, work clothes

The Washtenaw County Bar Association's Criminal Law Section collected $30,000 worth of suits, dresses, shirts, ties and shoes for those in need during its 4th annual Suits_4_Success last week outside Kilwin's Ice Cream Parlor in Ann Arbor.

The clothes will be given to men and women who lack a stable home and income, and need interview and work clothes in order to start new lives.

"Suits_4_Success makes a substantial impact for members of our community," said Beverly Griffor, outgoing president of the Criminal Law Section. "The Washtenaw County Bar Association is proud to have been involved with such an important event."
