The Air Committee of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Manufacturers Association will present “Clearing the Air in 2021” online, noon to 3 p.m., May 20. Sessions will include: “EPA's Air Agenda: What We Know and Should Expect”; “A Consultant's View of Air Permitting Trends in Michigan”; Federal Climate Policy: A Dynamic Legislative and Regulatory Space”; “The AQD Director's Update.”
