The Board of the Association of Defense Trial Counsel is pleased to announce that plans and efforts are underway for the annual golf outing. The ADTC Annual Golf Outing is scheduled for Monday, June 7, beginning at 8 a.m. at Western Golf & Country Club, 14600 Kinlock Road in Redford Township.
Like so many events last summer, the ADTC cancelled the outing out of concern for the health and wellbeing of all involved. This year, the ADTC is eager to bring the membership and supporters together for an afternoon of golf and fellowship, while adhering to the safety protocols and directives issued by the state.
The complete package consists of 18 holes of golf on a Donald Ross-designed course in a private club setting, breakfast, refreshments on the course, and a late lunch of bruschetta chicken or grilled salmon.
Justices of the Michigan Supreme Court and judges of the Sixth Circuit of Appeals, the Michigan Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and Wayne, Oakland and Macomb County circuit courts have been invited as guests of the ADTC.
Collared shirt and rubber spikes or spikeless shoes are required at Western Golf & Country Club. Upon arrival at the club, attendees should take their cars to the valet at the front of the club where they will be greeted by an attendant who will take their clubs and park the car.
Cost for the outing is $165 per golfer which includes 18 holes and lunch after round. For lunch only, attendees pay $65. To register, visit www.adtc.org and click on “events.”
