Staci DeRegnaucourt has joined Varnum’s intellectual property practice team, and is based in the firm’s Ann Arbor office.
DeRegnaucourt, who joins the firm from Quinn IP Law, is a registered patent attorney with an engineering background. She provides a full range of intellectual property services including trademark, copyright, and patent clearance, procurement, licensing and enforcement; anti-counterfeiting; IP portfolio and brand management; startup consulting; and IP due diligence. She also represents clients in IP litigation matters and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), the International Trade Commission (ITC), and United States courts.
Among her honors, DeRegnaucourt has been consistently recognized in the World Trademark Review 1000 and WTR Global Leaders over the past seven years. The WTR 1000 research directory focuses exclusively on trademark practices and practitioners and is considered the leading resource for world-class legal trademark expertise. WTR Global Leaders draws on the market-leading research projects of the WTR 1000 (private practice) and the WTR 300 (in-house or corporate counsel), to identify the ‘best of the best’ in trademark practice.
DeRegnaucourt is a magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for Michigan State Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University.
