The 12th District Court:
December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 in observance of the holidays
December 26, 27, & 30 for case inventory
All public services will be unavailable during this time. However, many services and case information may be found online at www.d12.com
The court will process emergency matters and other special circumstances that may arise during the closure.
4th Circuit Court, Probate and County Clerk
December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 in observance of the holidays
December 26, 27, and 30 - 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. only for case inventory.
All public services will be unavailable during this time. However, many services and case information may be found online at https://www.mijackson.org/294/County-Clerk
Emergency matters pertaining to the County Clerk and 4th Circuit Court Services ONLY that cannot be handled online will be addressed by calling (517) 539-2191 and leaving a message for a return call.
